Let 'Em Play!!

As I'm sitting and watching college football on Saturday night, a player from Vanderbilt University ran a kick-off back 102 yards.
Understandably, he celebrated with a little dance.

And then the referee threw a penalty flag......

Huh???

Why are those in charge taking nearly ALL the fun out of football; both collegiate and professional? (NFL = No Fun League)
What's the big deal? No one got hurt, no real "rule" was violated. At least a rule that impacts the game such as holding, offside, or pass interference.
Football is a tough, difficult sport. And when a player scores, they need to be able to express their joy in whatever means they deem fit.

I NEED Terrell Owens grabbing some pom-poms and rocking it with the cheerleaders.
I NEED Billy "White Shoes" Johnson doing his famous end zone dance.
Hell, I NEED the Iky Shuffle.

So, in tribute to those that have given us so much joy over the years, please view the video below of some of the greatest end zone dances ever performed.

You're Welcome.
